In conformity with EN 13241-1 the Fidelity lifting system is equipped with the following safety devices:
- Constant flow valve fit into the lift cylinder, for preventing the leaf to fall in case of housing rupture.
- Hydraulic hosing with burst pressure at least 3 times the maximum working pressure
- Steel lifting ropes with breaking limit at least 6 times the maximum working load
- pulleys diameter at least 19 times the ropes diameter,
- ropes ant-derailment safety system: the motor works only for lifting the door that closes by gravity.
- leaf ant-derailment safety system: the fully extended cylinder corresponds to the fully opened door.
- emergency opening with hand-pump
- emergency opening at normal speed with battery drillermin.1000 rpm min. torque force 45 Nxm (not supplied) emergency closing without current, by hand operated valve
- rope PVC central keeper: it avoids jams among rope and parts in movement
