The ATEX application is proposed for sectional doors with hydraulic Fidelity® drive system, suitable to operate in explosive atmospheres.

The Fidelity® ATEX drive system has the cylinder with slidings metal over rubber made gasket. Cables sliding pulleys have no chafing among the elements.

The sectional door Fidelity® ATEX is made with the mechanical parts with no points of metal-metal friction and speeds that do not generate sparks. The lifting is on silent nylon coated rolls, with ball bearings. The perimeter of the leaf is sealed with a limited step of sliding, against plastic rubber gaskets.

The Consolle ATEX has to be placed in non clasified areas. The ATEX hydraulic line from the Consolle to the control placed aside the sectional door is double.

The ATEX control has to be placed in the classified zone, is fully hydraulic for the opening and closing operations and with a neutral STOP position.
