Arguably the most advanced Retractable Spray Ball available, developed by Dec to overcome the significant challenges of cleaning full sterile and non sterile micronizing systems where product flow or cleaning to very high standards is critical.

The robust and reliable Retractable Spray Ball cleans the most difficult micronized materials from confined spaces then sterilises the product pathways using forced drying with both high pressures and temperatures.

This pioneering system has been validated on several facilities, even with sticky products. The only option available today for complete validated sterilisation.
