Machine ideal for the mechanical industry, particularly suitable for cleaning and maintenance of machine tools (lathes, mills, CNCs) and specific for the suction of metal shavings, oils and lubricants.
The 1100 OIL range includes a grill basket with a floater that separates solid materials (metal shavings or waste) leaving liquids (oils or emulsions) to drain away. The machine empties quickly and automatically using our own patented system for flow inversion.

The most advanced expulsion liquid system
The emptying of the sucked liquids is simple, efficient and quick thanks to the invertion flow system, that takes advantage from the air produced by the whirl to expel the aspired liquids, overtaking the use of pumps or gravity fall systems. This system grants a quick execution, it is the best alternative in terms of reliability to the used pumps.
