electro-hydraulic dock leveler / telescopic

Compliant with the highest levels of safety standards, the EURODOCK EDRL type leveler is fitted with an extendable lip.

Operation Features
A single push button control will lift the platform & two other push buttons control the extension and retraction of the lip at will. Releasing the button makes EURODOCK ramp gently descent into position on the truck platform. This positioning of the lip will make it possible to load the last row of pallets with only a pallet truck, with no need to move the vehicle.
Construction Features
The 6/8 mm thick raised tear plate is reinforced with lengthways profiles, allowing the safe load capacity of 6000 kg dynamic as standard (other capacity available on request).
The possible rolling motion of the truck is absorbed by the natural flexibility of the platform (up to 100 mm).
The extendable lip of 600 mm (optional 1000 mm), reinforced with profiles is made of 13/15 mm thick tear plate, with bevelled end for tight fit to the truck platform. Large vertical rollers guide the lip.
An electro-hydraulic unit controls the operation. A single acting button governs the lifting of the platform, whereas the lip is controlled by two other buttons.
