The ASM POSIROT PRDS5 Magnetic Angle Sensor with Incremental Output can measure up to 360°. It is available either non-contact or with a 10 mm shaft. Ideally, it's used for sea-vessels because it is seawater proof, and has a protection class of IP67. Moreover, it uses magnetic principle for measuring.
