The ST4 series has a minimum ambient temperature of -30°C and a maximum ambient temperature of 80°C. It has a protection class that is either IP65 or IP67. It has a switching point precision of ±0.1mm with a yellow LED that indicates its status.

It has a vibration resistance of 10-55Hz and a shock resistance of 30 g/11ms, and uses both hexagon and slotted socket for its mounting screw.
