The Reedcontact cylindrical housings are switches that has a wide range of applications thanks to its single active component which makes it extremely reliable in operation. It has a robust design from Ø 6 to Ø 13 mm and is made of durable metal and a plastic enclosure. It requires no energy to power it. It has many models ranging from: bistable, changeover contact, no contact, and NC contact. It also has a temperature range of -5°C to +70°C or -40°C to +150°C
