The Bruker UMT TriboLab  is a universal mechanical testing system.  Almost any tribology or mechanical test can be performed on this modular platform. A comprehensive range of linear and rotary drives, environmental chambers and sensors  characterize wear, hardness, lubricity, scratch resistance, adhesion and many other properties. The TriboLab can test many ASTM standards on a same component including block on ring, pin/ball on disk, four ball, block on ring, tensile, Stribeck, etc.  The TriboLab is used in R&D and QC throughout automotive, aerospace, medical device, coatings, precision engineering  and oils industries.
