The EASY-LASER® E975 roll alignment systems are meant for replacements and alignments for printing presser, paper machines, converting machines and similar devices. The system is easily installed, and operate quickly in terms of checking if replacement is necessary. Sometimes, a roll replacement check must be scheduled, and done by authorized personnel, however, E975 offers that possibility to the user. Other methods like prism measurements are too long, and therefore inefficient. The systems feature a laser transmitter, display unit with a user-friendly software, compact detector unit, roll bracket, digital precision, magnet base, rods of 60, 120 or 240 mm, adapter plate for magnet base, measuring tape of 5 m, battery charger (110 to 240 V AC), DC charging cable, hexagon wrench set, USB memory stick and cable, and a safety strap for the laser transmitter.
