absolute rotary encoder / synchro-flange / with clamping flange / with CANopen interface

The RN700x, and the RM700x series, which are manufactured by Ifm, are CANopen encoders that provides the position value of each angular position. The value is available even after the occurrence of a power failure. The absolute encoders are available in either synchro flange or in clamp flange. Both versions would have single turn or in multi-turn types.

The single turn determines that revolution of the shaft, while the multi-turn has the capacity of determining up to 4,096 revolutions in addition. It has a robust design, and is integrated with a housing made of aluminum, and a shaft made of stainless steel.
