Capacitive sensors detects level of plastic pellets in pipes and in silos while withstanding environmental interference. Mounted on plastic sight glass containing plastic pellets for point level detection, it is easy and adjustable in application by just pressing a push button. It automatically detects PNP or NPN output loads. It is resistant to electrostatic discharge and a clear visible indication of the switching status. The sensor is reliable enough to detect a wide range of different plastics whenever plastic granulates are conveyed and processed. Capacitive sensors can sense targets where a standard inductive proximity sensor or photoelectric won't work.
