IFM offers an array of flush mount cylinder sensors for weld-field detection. These T - slot sensors with stable, welding independent duration time can flush in the T-slot without poking structures. These T- slot sensors also have non-stick coated M8 or M12 sensors, and a PTFE conduit on the cable. Moreover, they have a 25 mm short sensor for varied cylinder profiles, and conveniently, they easily fit into a slot. The intelligent cylinder sensor detects the weld field and controls the output, nonaligned with the welding duration time. It also has a GMR cell that is used as a semiconductor for the permanent magnet in the cylinder. In addition, these T-slot sensors may be used with any other clean-line, tie-rod, inegrated profile, or trapezoidal slot.
