The IFM O5D is the latest generation of photoelectric sensors which detects distance and body position. It is the first standard photocell that has time of flight measurement (PMD). It features its effective background suppression and color-dependent spotting. It has also refined time of flight measurement in casing sizes which are the standards of the photoelectic sensors.
