The ENDEVCO 28959F-FV series portable calibrators are specially made for precision calibration of different accelerometers, often used by test engineers and technicians in on-field applications for measurements and adjustment. These calibrators are self-containing systems, featuring integrated vibration exciter, signal generator, computer-controlled amplifier/servo mechanism, reference accelerometer, thermal printer, RS232 serial interface, LCD display screen, signal conditioners and all essential connectors and mounting accessories. They are easily powered by AC line voltage or internal batteries. The calibrator contains user-friendly controls, offering new personnel to be quickly trained. They are meant for direct acceptance of charge and voltage mode piezoelectric accelerometers. They also feature adjustable test amplitude up to 10 g's on frequencies from 10 Hz to 10 kHz, an internal reference accelerometer traceable to NIST for comparison, internal static RAM stores over 16,000 test results. Sensitivity is visible in either imperial or metric units. They also contain a self-test for measurement preparation.
