The 41A series is a type of general purpose single axis Isotron® accelerometer. These tools are lightweight accelerometers designed with a 10-32 top mount connector. These devices are sealed hermetically to avoid environmental contamination. These equipment have a shear ceramic crystal that shows high output stability.

The signal ground of the unit is isolated from the mounting surface. These units are integrated with an internal hybrid circuit in a two-wire IEPE system. They transmit low impedance voltage on the same cable that provides the current power.

In addition, the models consist of five sensitivities with a two digit suffix. The 41A also has a 10mV/g sensitivity, and other types of sensitivities, such as 41A14, 41A16, 41A18 and 41A19 have 25mV/g, 100mV/g, 500mV/g and 1,000mV/g sensitivity.
