The MITUTUYO AT211A/AT211B Linear Scales are sealed type linear scales that are both high in resolution and accuracy. It is an ideal device for machines that require feedback control in setting a semiconductor manufacturing system like a CNC machine too and etc. The linear scales are available in two classes: The AT211-A and the AT211-B. The AT211-A is a multiple-point installation type built for improved resistance to shock and vibration while the AT221-B links to both ends of a machine. The two linear scales adopts the usage of item option method that modifies them in the specific purpose of use through connecting directly to the control unit. Its high-speed response can reach up to 120m/min, and a wide-range resolution between 0.1um to 5mm and are compatible to the AT111 slim type.
