This simple check weighing on counterbalanced trucks, where a high accuracy is not required, is called the RAVAS range of truck scales for mounting on counterbalanced trucks. There is an oil pressure sensor installed onto the hydraulic circuit of the forklift by means of T-coupling. This indication in the cabin translates the measurement into a weight indication of the load on the forks.

The RCS models comes with a fair accuracy of 2% maximum error of the lifting capacity of the truck, which is not a bad parameter. The RCS range of truck scales are ideally suited for checking of incoming goods, avoiding overload of lorries, warehouse racking and counterbalanced trucks.
