Rheintacho's Rotaro series is a line of digital hand-tachometers suitable for measuring rotational speed, velocity, and length. It measures either in an optical, or mechanical method. The optical method ensures non-contact, while the mechanical uses an adapter and various probes.

The device is equipped with three buttons for easy handling, and a 5-digit LCD for easy reading of values. It measures within a distance up to 600 mm, and operates through a rechargeable battery.
