The Rotaro T is a handheld digital tachometer engineered by Applegate. It is designed for measuring rotational speed, velocity, and length.

The device can measure either through an optical method for a non-contact measurement, or mechanical method by means of an adaptor, and different probes. It focuses a beam of light at a thin sticker attached to the object, and reflects it at the speed of rotation during an optical method.

The tachometer is equipped with a 5-digit LCD that shows measurement values. It tests an object within a maximum distance of 600 mm.
