Non-rotating torque meters come with a hexagonal head and are available in a wide range of capacities that range from 2 to 1000 Nm. This device is easy to install and is available in a very compact design. It complies with the IP 54 protection protocol. It is made using stainless steel and nickel plated steel. The instrument can work with high service temperature that go up to 180 °C.

The non-rotating torque meters with hexagonal head can be used in hazardous area as it comes with T6 to T4 certification. The device gives output signal of 0.10 V or 4.20 mA. It has double strain gage bridge and its cable output comes with a connector. The device can be used for various applications such as calibration of industrial screw drivers with torque control and for servo control or torque limitation on industrial process.
