The MSK1100 is manufactured by Siko, and is an incremental magnetic sensor that has a final position detection and lateral scanning function. The unit has two limit switches, and a status LED display. It has an utmost resolution of 0.2 μm with a maximum repeat accuracy of ±1 μm.

The MSK1100 is enclosed in a rigid metal enclosure.
