The SBP/M-31 modular weighbridge is used to weigh road vehicles and construction machines up to a maximum weight of 60 tonnes. The metal bridge is modular in design to facilitate transport, handling and installation and this also reduces the need for maintenance of the load-bearing surface. WITH A HEIGHT OF ONLY 31 CM its bulk is therefore much reduced in height, making it the ideal solution for raised mounting where ramp space is limited. In certain situations this can also be installed as a pit version, when there are problems associated with room for the foundation. The measuring chain consists of a number of compression load cells in stainless steel, available in either analogue or digital versions. The weight measured plus any other functions required are displayed on the electronic terminal that, with its optional extras, completes the weighing installation.
