The BZ 16 safety sensor is equipped with a thermoplastic enclosure. It boasts of long-term durability. The differential outputs use an induction or hall sensor operating principle. It is capable of high manipulation protection, internal monitoring and produces potential-free outputs.

It has 1 NC/1 NO contact or 2 NC contacts. There are 3 types of actuating planes: "D" which actuates from the top, "U" actuating from the bottom and "V" actuating from the front. The switching capacity is 10 mm (sao) and 20 mm (sar).
