The ACF 5363 is an anisotropic conductive film which are used for quick bonding time, thermal stability, chemical resistance, thermo temperature and heat cure, non-lead solution as it replaces solder and offer frozen storage.

The equipment is made of epoxy adhesive system and equipped with 10 gold micron Ni components.
