EEPROM memory chip / serial-access

EEPROM is the embedded processing, memory storage product, which is designed for universal compatibility. Thedevice-set works with mainstream bus types such as SPI and I²C or microwire. These devices work easily where voltages vary between 1.6V and 5.5V. They are built to sustain temperatures in automotive as well as industrial ecosystems.

ST has proven the capability of packaging these devices in minimal-sized WLCSP as well ensuring reliable 4 million write cycles, where data retention is over 200 years. ST also offers custom-built EEPROM for higher system parameter optimization, when required by end users for specific applications.
