The Variable Toroidal Transformers are manufactured according to the DIN VDE 0552 specifications. It is equipped with a refined decks of Ruhstrat variable thyroidal transformers. The machine assures a highly reliable transfer resistance and an increase to service life and safety operation.

Other specifications include a voltage that ranges up to 500 V, a rated frequency from 50 up to 400 Hz, a single and three-phase design, and a construction for normal and heavy-duty operation which is in accordance to the VDE 0552 § 5 specifications. Furthermore, it has an AC/DC power supply, an AC/DC high-voltage supply, a high-current supply system, and an AC/DC laboratory unit used for test and development applications
