The DN60-DN400 quick locking hose clamp manufactured by Jacob Dosatec is used to connect pull ring from 80mm to 300mm. The tool offers quick mounting, and is safe from accidental opening with 10Nm lightening torque.

The device comes in electrogalvanized version, with stainless steel as an alternative. The tool's wall thickness is equalized through the use of thicker U-shaped seals for 1mm pipes.

The U-shaped seal comes in silicone material, EPDM both food grade and FDA compliant, and Viton or NBR. Air leakage is measured at a differing pressure of 0,5 bar, with connections of 1.5mm and 2mm.

It is commonly applied for bulk goods conveying and plants for air technique with differential pressures that can reach up to 50.000Pa. The tool's U-shaped seals are resistant enough with no leakages from condensed liquid in pipes.
