The PGC-2056, which is manufactured by Littelfuse, is a current transformer that is an essential device to use in the POWR-GARD ground fault detection product line. It is made of a high-density metal which has repeatable output characteristics, and has the capacity of detecting phase or ground fault currents.

The unit is precise in converting little differential currents to an AC voltage, and output the signal to a linked POWR-GARD ground fault relay.
