The FC fiber optic line of connectors is specifically designed for applications involving telecommunication. The design of the Molex FC and Angled Physical Contact (APC) connectors meets NTT-FC standards. Fully compatible with current FC hardware, the connectors provide true non-optical disconnect performance.

The one-body design is pre-assembled, and includes pre-polished ferrules to provide fast and economical terminations for in-the-field and in-factory settings. Also, the Molex termination process and pre-polished ferrule allow for endface geometry, which results in consistent optical performance.
