The Low Profile Audio Transformers is manufactured by Pico Electronics and utilizes materials and methods to resist extreme temperatures of vapor phase, and other reflow procedures without resulting to degradation of electrical or mechanical characteristics.

All of the units complies to MIL-PRF-27 standards. The unit has a dielectric strength of 200 V RMS. It has also an insulation resistance which is more than 10,000 Megohms at 300 V DC. The unit operates at temperature that ranges from -55º C to +130º C.

Some features can be added, such as magnetic shield design and electrostatic shielding. Each unit can be made with a 300 thermal cycle using the special SR construction.
