PICO 70000 and 80000 series surface mount audio transformers come in light weight (1.5 g) rugged packages that withstand extreme vapor temperature (220°C), I.R., and other reflows without compromising on the electrical and mechanical properties. They comply with MIL-PRF-27, Grade 5, Class S standard and have the following ratings: impedance - 2Ω to 30kΩ, frequency - 400Hz to 250kHz, and power - 100 mW at 1KHz. All units in these series have a moisture sensitivity level of MSL3, have been tested for dielectric strength at 200V RMS, solderability as per MIL-STD-202 standard (method 208), and thermal shock resistance (25 cycles) as per MIL-STD-202 (method 107). Other specifications include a frequency response of ± 3db in the rated frequency range and 1mW power, a maximum distortion of 5% at the rated power and frequency range, and an insulation resistance of 10000MΩ at 300V.
