This uniquely designed CMD or Contractor Monitoring Device serves as the monitor to the main contact of a contactor for welding. If the contacts are welded, this CMD has an upstream circuit breaker that disconnects automatically which ensures safety. With this CMD, the need for unnecessary contactor design is eliminated.
