AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL BALING PRESS CB 400 / 750 FOR RECYCLING WASTE

Depending on the specification the AUTEFA Solutions Automatic Horizontal Baling Press is available with two different pressing forces.

With a maximum capacity of up to 200 m³/h it is possible – depending on the kind of material and the bale dimensions – to produce bales having weights of 100 kg to 400 kg. The material supply is fed into filling shafts, optionally by means of a conveyor or condenser. Depending on the bale dimensions the bale is automatically strapped with 4 or 6 iron wires after compression.

The baler can additionally be equipped with one of the following units:

Condenser for pneumatic feeding
Cutting blade for multi-filaments or stronger cardboard
Bale transport system

There are many different fields of applications for this new continuous horizontal baler as it is designed for compression of a large variety of waste materials, such as cardboard, paper, plastic, natural fiber (flax, cotton, wool, etc.) as well as man-made fiber waste (PP, PET, etc.).
