The Condair Esco steam humidifying system carries out the humidifying process by using steam taken from an existing steam supply network. It has a performance range up to 2,000 kg/h. The system provides controlled precision and has low maintenance.

Any losses which may be result of shutdowns are non-existent due to the hermetically-sealed ceramic rotary disk valve which is also resistant to wear. An exceptionally high degree of control precision is guaranteed by the linear valve characteristic curve.

The patented steam nozzles are made from stainless steel and can extract steam which is free from condensation from the core flow. This ensures that uniform humidifying occurs that conforms to VDI 6022 standards.

The Condair Esco steam humidifying system has short humidifying distances, and it can dispense with heating the air flow via a jacket heating system.
