Dresser-Rand COPPUS® VANO 175CV, 250CV are robust, dependable and versatile ventilators. More than 60 years ago, COPPUS set new standards in air moving devices by launching the VANO models. With a fixed guide vane design, the VANO models provide high air volumes. At they same time, static pressure for exhausting fumes is maintained and fresh air is delivered.

VANOs have a high-performance, strong, and long-lasting design, making them suitable for process vessels, ventilating tanks, tank cars, manholes and other narrow areas. They provide superior static pressure due to the straightening vanes. Ducting is accepted both on inlet as well as outlet ends. They are available with explosion-proof (EP) or totally enclosed (TE) motors
and compatible switch. A 15-foot power cord is supplied with all single-phase models. The ventilators are made of heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel and cast aluminum. The fan blades are spark-resistant.

Model 175CV has a 3/4 HP motor and offers 1,500 cfm or 2,549 m3/hr. Model 250CV has a 1 HP motor and provides 3,000 cfm or 5,098 m3/hr. Both models have a detachable sleeve. This helps in conversion of inlet from accepting duct to side-cutout version for fume disposal from tank bottoms.
