The Desiccant Dryer DRD400-414 MT operates at 400V and 50-60 Hz. The high performance machine uses very little energy and offers increased flexibility. It is utilized for dehumidifying hygroscopic plastic granules. The twin molecular sieve towers provide a continuous process and retain a mean Dew-Point of -60°C.

The device has insulated stainless steel towers, an insulated stainless steel heating chamber and internal armored stainless steel resistances. There are two high head side channel blowers, one being utilized for regeneration while the other is for processing. The resistances are prevented from overheating by the safety thermostat. A process filter is included which has a large filtering surface.

The Desiccant Dryer DRD400-414 MT also has a microprocessor control, an operator control panel, an alarms synoptic and an air process PID electronic thermoregulator. Its electrical panel box runs at 400V 10%/3+N/50-60 Hz supply. All equipment complies with CE standards.
