The Sartorius Glass Microfibre Thimbles are highly pure, grade 40 and manufactured with 100% borosilicate glass fibers that are binder-free. The extraction thimbles do not swell and are biologically inert and pH stable. The are also resistant to temperature as high as 500°C and are chemically stable. They are ideal for critical applications like emission testing at high temperature and the separation of aerosols or particulate dust from gas and other airstreams.
