The Varisort Compact C is used for recycling plastics, metal, and electronic waste. The end product purity is guaranteed by reliable detection and separation and the design allows customization of product-oriented solutions. Feeding of the material to be inspected is effected by specifically adapted vibration chutes that guarantees a homogeneous material distribution over the full width of the fast-running conveyor belt. The influences of mold, weight and abrasion of charging material are eliminated by combining inclined chute and conveyor belt.
At the end of the belt the material gets classified with the corresponding sensors. The evaluation takes place at this point and then high-speed valves are activated with a corresponding time delay to blow out the material. Exactly targeted compressed-air blasts deflects the particles to be separated from their original fall into a separate duct. Possibility of combining various sensor systems for High throughput rate is an advantage.It can be upgraded as well.
