Our Liquid Ring vacuum pumps – or fully integrated and automated modules – are available in a wide range of configurations, materials and capacities, so they can be easily customized to your requirements (cast iron, Inox, Duplex, Super duplex,...).

Liquid Ring vacuum pumps can be associated with ejectors to achieve a capacity of up to 33,000 m3/h and a vacuum down to 1mm Hg.

They provide the most cost-effective, efficient and reliable means of compressing and evacuating air and other non-condensable gases from evaporators and steam surface condensers, in either Hogging or Holding and of water box priming.

These proven technologies provide a very high compression rate, often avoiding the need for more complicated machines or the use of units in series.

Gas contaminated with liquids or solids is discharged clean.
Operation is virtually isothermal and flow practically constant over the whole operating range.
With only one rotating part, no contact between rotor and casing and a single seal, these machines are extremely reliable, easily maintained and have a long operating life.
Closed-circuit systems offer further enhanced performance, and are more economic with energy and service liquid consumption.
