Complete with a two year warranty, this ARO 1000 Series Filter-Regulator in the "piggyback" style comes in both 1/4" and1/8 sizes. It BSP and NTP thread options available for customers as well. These devices have the highest flow rates in the industry and simultaneously have the lowest leak rates. This is due to the all modular construction featured on these regulators. They have safety locking bowls and a five micron filter, the later of which comes standard. Each regulator has a flush mount gage in bright colors which comes complete with a settable fan mechanism. The bowl in the device is constructed from polycarbonate but the bowl guard is made from nylon. The metal bowl in this device is made from aluminum and the sight glass on the bowl is composed from nylon materials. The filter body is also aluminum as is the regulator body. The manual drain is made from steel and nitrile. The O-rings and seals are also made of nitrile. Acetal makes up the auto drain, filter baffle, and the regulator knob. The standard filter is polyethylene but the coalescing filter is felt and hepa paper. The regulator valve is composed of brass and nitrile. The spring in the regulator, however is made from steel. Nylon and polycarbonate make up the gauge cover.
