compressed air flexible piping / conveying / stainless steel

This is an AZO FlexiTakt-System of a TF type. Closed valves on this device facilitate the removal or fittings of the receiver only when the valves are completely shut. The inflatable seal on this device is then activated. Conveying lines on this device are connected to the clean gas side.

To begin the conveying cycle, the pure air valve and inlet pipes must be opened. After a timed cycle, the conveying procedure will end. Once the vacuum is released and the conveying line is shut, the clean air valve closes. Gravity alone can discharge the product, although inert gases and compressed air are provided as back up where needed. Compressed air inert gas, and also ambient air that has been prepared can be used to clean the filter in this device.
