BOGE F M series microfilters are used for removing superfine solid impurities out of compressed air with an efficiency of 99.9999% relative to 0.01 μm.

BOGE microfilters with a capacity of 36-31248 m3/h can be used in an economical way by using them either as a primary filter in the compressed air line or as an end-of-line filter upstream from the pneumatic system.
