BOGE DAV Series Adsorption Dryers offer external heat regeneration with vacuum drying and a pre-filter and post filter. Prior to entering the dryer, the BOGE ‘F’ Series micro filter will remove impurities/solids from the compressed air to 0.01mg/m3.
Once in the drying towerm the desiccant media will remove any moisture that is in the air to a dewpoint of -40°C. Vacuum-regenerated adsorption drying is available for a higher volume of compressed air to a dewpoint of -70°C.
The parallel tower regenerates the wet desiccant bed. It will initially de-pressurise to the atmosphere, while at the same time, the vacuum pump will start to draw ambient air, which is pre-heated as it enters through the wet desiccant, completing the regeneration process.
