Chemical and solvent hoses according to EN 12115 are highly flexible hoses for more than 75% of all industrial chemicals, technical solvents, water soluble paints, alskalis etc. Limits regarding medium, concentration, temperature see ELAFLEX resistance chart.

The hoses are available as reel, cut lengths or assemblies. The Couplings we do offer in stainless steel versions, also with PFA coatings and linings for aggressive fluids. Distribution usually by authorized distributors, agents and subsidiaries. OEMs are supplied directly by ELAFLEX.

'LILARING' Chemical Hose
Type CHD 13-50 without helix, CHS 25-150 with helix. Suitable for more than 75% of all industrial chemicals. Lining EPDM. Working pressure 16 bar.

'BLAURING' Solvent Hose
Type LMD 9-25 without helix, LMS 25-150 with helix. For most solvents and paints, also water based. Lining NBR blue, antistatic. W.P. 16 bar.

Ammoniac Special Hose
Ammoniac hose according to EN ISO 5771 for water-free, liquid
and gas ammonia. Temperature range - 40° C up to + 55° C .

Composite Hose
Type FWS PP / FWS PTFE: multi-layer thermoplastic hose with internal and external helix.Suitable for the handling of industrial chemicals, tank farms, tankers etc. Available as complete and tested hose assembly.
