The new 110 Gallon Chip Vac system by EXAIRs offers an easy way to clean chips and other dry materials off floors, fixtures and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, mills, saws and other industrial equipment. The items can be easily moved from drum to drum, in order to keep different materials separate for recycling. Dusty materials, such as absorbents, are trapped in the filter bag of 0.1micron, which keeps the surrounding area clean.

The Chip Vac contains compressed air power, attaching to the included drum. The extremely quiet operation at 77dBa makes the product suitable for various applications, and there are no impellers and motors to clog or wear out. The product is covered by a five-year warranty, while the model also includes a Chip Vac, along with a shutoff valve, filter bag, drum dolly and static resistance hose.
