The RBS offers great solution for high vacuum pressure applications because it can produce vacuum pressure up to 1000 to -500 mabr. It is an innovative addition with capacity up to 25.000 m3/h RBS and rotating blower with 3 special contour lobes to easily adjust with the LOW-PULSE system after necessary alignment and reduce the residual pressure throb of the transported gas less than 2% of the operating pressure. The oil lubrication system with the discs makes it extremely safe and efficient. The disc system has direct connection with the drive shaft.
The durable bearings make it operational for long period of time. Its hypothetical lifecycle is 100,000 hours, and it can work efficiently even under severe working conditions. The base profile of the propellers reduces the authorizations and provides peak volumetric competence. It is a strong, but silent machine with helical tooth coordinating gear and involute profile. The gas seal on the shafts of propeller makes it extremely reliable and the labyrinth seal ensure the right flow of free gases.
