biogas blower / positive-displacement / ATEX / conveying

The new solutions for bio-gas applications is introduced by Robuschi for the conveying and compressing of bio-gas as well as natural and landfill gases in waste water treatment and power generation plants. The new CRBIO GRBIO blower package groups assembled on a skid with capacity upto 3280 m³/h and differential pressure upto 400 mbar . The blower package is available in the pulley-belt transmission-GRBIO and directly coupled CRBIO groups.
The groups are equipped with anti vibration steel base mounts, non return valves,galvanized and painted piping, by pass safety relief valve, RBS blower stage and coupling guards in ATEX version. In addition to the standard version, the following components are available as well.
-pressure regulator with by pass for keeping outlet pressure constant.
-inlet and outlet pressure gauge indicators in ATEX version.
-Temperature protection switch in ATEX version.
CRBIO - GRBIO has also been certified according to the most important and recent EC guideline 94/9/EC (ATEX) group II in category 2. This certification guarantees in order to guarantees safety and reliability for the working of the group in the application range.
