The MegaSys® Wire-braid Constant Pressure Hoses and MegaCrimp® Couplings has overpower the specifications of the ISO 11237/EN 857 and EN 853 standard act requirement. The M3K is available with a higher working pressure of 22.5 MPa.

It eliminates the need for spring guards and protective sleeving thanks to the high abrasion-resistant cover types. It reduces downtime by eliminating damaged hose and coupling interfaces. It provides a robust coupling design for leak-free seal. It reduces contamination, odours and dust normaly made by skiving.

Tested to 600,000 impulse cycles while working at the temperature of 100 °C. It can be ordered with either the MegaTuff™ or XtraTuff™ covers, where the MegaTuff™ offers 300 times the abrasion resistance of the standard MxK cover.
