Gates TH8 hose has been designed for high pressure hydraulic applications. It is particularly suitable for aerial lifting, forklifts, hydraulic boom cranes and other material handling machines equipped with mast and pulley systems. It has a PA (nylon) based tube with two fibre braided reinforcement. It has a polyurethane-based cover. Black TH8 is perforated to make it suitable for general hydraulic and pneumatic applications.

TH8 can handle temperature in the range of -53°c to +93°c. For water, water/oil emulsions and water glycol, it can handle maximum +70°c. It complies with SAE 100R8, ISO 3949 R8 and EN 855 R8 standards. It features MegaCrimp® couplings.
